Digital Manager

Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, digital merchandising and display advertising. Maintain our social media presence across all channels. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. The Digital Manager will be part of our marketing department, supporting all Salyers Group brands and teams, including merchandising and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage direct email campaign calendar across brands
  • Manage and review digital merchandise presentation onsite to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing,
    and promotional tags are accurate and meet internal guidelines.
  • Perform in-depth analysis, including, online metrics (conversion rates, visits, views, orders, abandoned cart rate,
    bounce rate, etc.) to look for sales opportunities, problems and trends.
  • Develop digital promotions to support B2B and B2C channels sales objectives
  • Grow email list and maintain its health by managing deliverability, contact frequency and content for all brands

Skill Summary

Creative Manager

Additional Guidelines:

  • Serve guests promptly

  • Cleanliness
    • You are responsible for the cleanliness of your bar before, during and after the event. This includes what guests see as well as what they may not see. Wipe down shelves before restocking glassware. Soak guns, wipe down bar counters, bar walls, bar front, ice bins, cabinet fronts, any area where drinks may have spilled. You are responsible for breaking down all drink stations including the coffee station and taking out your garbage. Replace garbage bag and wash out can when needed then put can back in your room.
  • Inventory
    • You are responsible for your starting and ending inventory sheets and writing in any items added to your bar during the course of the event. You must count the kegs and check bag-in-the box products before and after your event. You must remove all empty kegs and keep the beer cooler organized. Please do not open more wine bottles than needed. Anticipate your guest count and open a few bottles to get started then as needed throughout the night.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • $8 hourly with potential for increase after training is complete (2-4 weeks)

Warehouse  Worker

Warehouse Workers operate under the supervision of a manager or team leader and are primarily responsible for receiving, sorting, taking inventory, keeping records, and organizing the shipping of merchandise stored in the warehouse.

Duties:

  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials
  • Pick and fill orders from stock
  • Prepare orders
  • Pack boxes
  • Prepare items for shipment
  • Move outgoing boxes
  • Organize stock and handle inventory

Function of Warehouse Worker:

The position of warehouse worker is responsible for all aspects of warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, handling, preparing product for customer delivery, and shipping—among other duties such as printing backorders and managing inventory. The warehouse worker is also responsible for maintaining the warehouse as a safe and orderly environment.

Position Overview:

Pickers or packers have quite a lot of physical work to perform every day. This work is very demanding and can span over multiple shifts. However, there is much that one learns about warehouse operations when working as a picker. You will find pickers working in a variety of organizations that host warehouse environments.

Order picking and packing are not the only things that pickers do. They handle stock arrangements by ensuring that there is enough stock for shipments, label product containers, and measure and count to ensure appropriate quantity. Quality control is another task that a picker/packer manages; they check each individual product to ensure that its quality is up to the mark and that any damaged products are isolated and reported.

Following is a more detailed list of duties required:

  • Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Take picking sheets from supervisors and find products in warehouse
  • Ensure that the picked product conforms to the order sheet provided
  • Check product to ensure that it is in proper condition without damages or defects
  • Isolate damaged items to a predefined marked area and report it to a supervisor
  • Ensure that the quantity specified is picked before bringing it to packing stations
  • Transport items to packing stations and pack them in appropriately sized boxes
  • Ensure that boxes are marked properly and labeled appropriately
  • Measure and weigh packed boxes and put information on the package
  • Seal packed boxes by using packing tape
  • Ensure that packed boxes are sent to the shipment area
  • Make sure that outgoing boxes are loaded onto trucks
  • Ensure that all necessary packaging documents are handed over to the delivery personnel at the time of loading
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehouse procedures

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to learn to operate a hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
